Required Experience

• Proven track record of successfully delivering data-focused projects within financial services or insurance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience with data platforms, data migration, or transformation programmes
