️ Government Client

We are supporting a central Government organisation delivering cutting-edge AI and Agentic AI transformation programmes across complex, enterprise-scale environments.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how intelligent systems, automation, and AI agents are embedded into critical public services.

The Role

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of policy, business operations, data, and emerging AI technologies — translating complex organisational needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will work across multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, AI engineers, architects, service designers, and senior stakeholders to support the design and delivery of:

  • AI-enabled decision-support tools

  • Agentic AI workflows (autonomous or semi-autonomous task agents)

  • Machine learning-driven automation

  • Large Language Model (LLM) use cases

  • Intelligent case management and process optimisation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and define AI use cases aligned to strategic objectives

  • Translate business problems into AI-ready requirements

  • Define functional and non-functional requirements for AI/ML systems

  • Map data flows, integration points, and system dependencies

  • Facilitate workshops between technical AI teams and policy/business stakeholders

  • Support governance, risk, ethics, and assurance frameworks for AI

  • Contribute to pilot / proof-of-concept design and scaling strategies

  • Support UAT and validation of AI model outputs

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst

  • Experience delivering projects within Government or highly regulated environments

  • Strong Agile delivery background

  • Experience working on AI, machine learning, automation, or data science programmes

  • Exposure to:

    • LLMs (e.g., GPT-style systems)

    • AI-driven workflow automation

    • Intelligent agents / Agentic AI concepts

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)

  • Experience documenting:

    • AI use cases

    • Data requirements

    • Model inputs/outputs

    • Ethical and compliance considerations

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with Responsible AI frameworks

  • Exposure to MLOps or model lifecycle governance

  • Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI interaction design

  • Experience delivering AI proof-of-value pilots in Government

  • Previous clearance (SC) beneficial but not mandatory

Why This Role?

This programme is focused on moving beyond experimentation and into real, operational AI deployment within Government — including agent-driven automation, case triage, policy interpretation, and intelligent workflow orchestration.

You will be part of a forward-thinking transformation initiative shaping how public services leverage advanced AI responsibly and securely.
