UNBOUND isn’t another talking shop or performance exercise. We’re building a movement of industry leaders committed to taking practical action that creates real, measurable change for women in technology. 

Too often, diversity initiatives happen in isolation or become echo chambers where the same voices repeat the same messages. UNBOUND brings together male and female leaders, established voices and emerging talent, to have the honest conversations and take the bold actions that actually move the needle.

Transform industry standards: Create a technology sector where 50% of leadership positions are held by women by 2030, establishing new benchmarks for gender equity across the industry through measurable action and collaborative partnerships. 

Build pathways, not barriers: Remove systemic obstacles that prevent women from entering, advancing, and thriving in technology careers by providing practical support, mentorship, and advocacy that creates lasting change. 

Champion collective impact: Unite businesses, leaders, and talent across the tech ecosystem to drive meaningful progress on gender diversity, proving that sustainable change happens when we work together rather than in isolation.

Every two months, we host intimate gatherings that prioritise meaningful discussion over networking theatre. Each event tackles a specific challenge facing women in tech, bringing together diverse perspectives to explore practical solutions. 

Our events feature panel discussions, interactive workshops, and exclusive research insights that you won’t find anywhere else. We limit attendance to ensure genuine conversation and authentic connection between attendees. 

This isn’t about inspiring speeches or feel-good stories. We dig into the uncomfortable truths, challenge the status quo, and leave with actionable steps that participants can implement immediately. 

Growing our community

Beyond our bi-monthly events, UNBOUND is building a year-round support network for women at every stage of their tech careers. 

In September 2025, we’re launching our structured mentorship programme, connecting experienced leaders with rising stars, career changers, and emerging talent across the industry. Our mentorship pairs meet for one hour monthly over four months, following a proven framework designed to deliver real career impact. 

Whether you’re seeking guidance on advancing to senior roles, transitioning into tech from another field, or navigating the challenges of leadership, our mentorship programme provides the personalised support and industry connections that accelerate career growth. 

We’re also developing resources, workshops, and networking opportunities specifically designed to support professional development at every level – because real change happens when we invest in talent pipelines, not just senior appointments.
