Unrivalled network across functions and geographies – Since 2007, we have been building our extensive network of high-calibre interim executives covering technology, financial, commercial and HR functions. Our track-record and delivery capability covers the UK, Europe and the USA.

Efficient delivery – Thanks to our high volume of interim activity, we maintain close contact with our bench of top executive talent. For most assignments, we can provide a shortlist within 48 hours, and will have the ideal candidate on-site within 1-3 weeks.

Success-based fees​ – Our interim model is contingent on success, and we won‘t stop searching until we have found the right leader to drive the business.
