Requirement
La Fosse has engaged with Preqin on a number of projects in recent years, following an initial search for a Chief Data Officer who would be able to define and deliver their data strategy. Preqin later approached the La Fosse team at a crucial time during their transformation journey, requiring a FinTech team to facilitate development of a new innovation hub.
Solution and result
Following the successful placement of a Chief Data Officer, La Fosse later went on to place a permanent Head of UX Design before building out a design team of permanent and contracted hires around them.
La Fosse has continued to support Preqin on an exclusive basis over a number of years. To date, we have placed over ten hires into the company, including their current Director of Product Design, multiple data science and engineering positions, and numerous other roles spanning product, technology, and transformation.
