Our commission structure is designed to reward strong performance, with the opportunity to earn up to 33% of NFI, rising to 40% once you pass £800k (contract) or £500k (permanent). Our cross-service setup also gives you more ways to build your desk and maximise your earnings across multiple verticals.
In your first year, we’ll focus on setting you up for long-term success. You’ll receive a tailored package designed to give you confidence from day one and ensure your year-one earnings match or exceed what you’re currently earning.
You’ll be surrounded by top performers. Our experienced sales team has an average tenure of over 6 years, and our leading 40 consultants all bill £400k+ annually, with multiple team members delivering over £1m in NFI. With hands-on mentoring, bespoke training, and structured development, you’ll have everything you need to join them.

Numbers at a glance
Earning potential
At La Fosse, great work is recognised and rewarded. Our earning structure is transparent, generous, and built to scale as you grow.
You earn full commission on all your personal NFI as well as any NFI you cross sell into other service lines – giving you more ways to succeed and maximise your income.
Consultants
You earn 33% commission on your personal and cross-sold NFI, with the ability to accelerate to 40% on billings over £500k for permanent placements or £800k for contract placements. The more value you create, the more you take home.
Management
If you lead a team of 3 to 15 people, you benefit from our NFI Contribution Model. This combines personal commission, team bonuses, and rewards for developing Associate Consultants. Your leadership, coaching, and team performance all contribute to your total earnings.
Leadership
For teams of 15 or more, you move into our Profit Model with access to our Management Incentive Plan. This rewards you for driving sustainable growth and shaping the direction of the business.

The revenue generated from the roles an Associate Consultant supports. While you are working with them towards their promotion, all delivery NFI is attributed to the manager’s board.

Please note: The figures shown in this calculator are for illustrative purposes only. Actual commission will depend on both personal and team targets being achieved, and may vary based on individual performance, team performance, thresholds, and any applicable scheme rules. These figures also do not include any additional bonuses linked to cross selling into our additional service lines such as Academy and Inovus.
Regarding management packages, if you manage a team of more than 15 experienced 360 consultants, you will transition onto our profit share scheme. Please reach out to the Talent team for more information on how this structure works.
