Mobilising Leadership for Good

We connect charities with the world's leading C-suite executive talent, on an advisory basis, completely free of charge.

Beyond donations: unleashing leadership potential

At La Fosse, we believe that giving back isn’t just about financial donations. It’s about mobilising the expertise and insight that C-suite leaders possess to create systemic, sustained impact for the causes that matter most.

Through ConnEx, we’re building a movement that transforms how leadership talent can be deployed for good. We place top-tier business leaders into advisory roles with charities, providing strategic guidance, expert insight and mentorship that helps organisations reach their full potential.

This is leadership as a force for change, with a strong focus on purpose, innovation, trust and long-term partnerships.

Introducing the ConnEx launch event

22nd January 2026 | The Natural History Museum, London

Case study: Amnesty International

We partnered with Amnesty International to place an advisory role, supporting the organisation to optimise the business’s security protocols.

We approached professionals in our senior network about the prospect of supporting Amnesty International on a consultative basis for a few days per quarter. The proposition was met with widespread interest, and we presented a shortlist of high-calibre candidates for interview.

Amnesty International subsequently appointed Steve Wright, CEO Founder of Privacy Culture Limited, who has previously held senior security roles at Bank of England, John Lewis, Unilever and Deloitte.
