Oracle Communications Lead – 6 month contract (scope to extend) – Hybrid working London
Inside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Communications Lead to join a large-scale 2-year Oracle transformation programme.
You’ll lead communications and engagement activity across the programme, ensuring clear messaging, stakeholder alignment and sucessful business adoption throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own and deliver programme communications strategy and plans
– Create engaging communications across multiple stakeholder groups
– Support change and adoption activity actoss the oracle implementation
– Partner closely with programme, change and business teams
– Develop content including updates, leadership messaging and engagement materials
Requirments:
– Proven experience leading communications on Oracle implementation programmes
– Strong stakeholder management and change communications experience
– Experience operating within complex transformation environments
– SC Clearance ideal but not essential
– Clearance eligiability essential
