DV Cleared Business Analyst

Location: Fareham (Porstdown) (2-3 days on-site, hybrid)

Rate: £450-£600 per day 

Clearance: Developed Vetting (DV) – Essential

The Opportunity

We are supporting a key programme within the UK defence and national security space, looking to engage an experienced DV Cleared Business Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects where your analysis will directly support critical operational and strategic outcomes.

The Role

You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to shape requirements, improve processes, and support delivery across a range of programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading requirements gathering across multiple stakeholders
• Translating business needs into clear, structured documentation
• Supporting solution design alongside technical teams
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Mapping and improving business processes
• Supporting delivery teams across the full project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Active DV Clearance (essential)
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within defence, government, or secure environments
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage complex requirements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

Desirable (not essential):

• Exposure to AI / Artificial Intelligence or data-driven programmes
• Experience working on emerging technology or innovation-led projects
