M365 Engineer

La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to hire an experienced M365 Engineer into their team, to work across their workplace technology estate.

This role is London based, 1-2 days a week onsite, inside IR35 and paying £450 per day.

Key experience needed across Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management and Endpoint management, plus the below:

• Specialist skills within Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management and Endpoint management
• Proven experience in Workplace Technology within complex hybrid enterprise environments, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and resilient solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace services and automation with hands-on expertise in designing, deploying, and optimising workloads
• Proficiency in scripting languages applied to configuration management and operational tasks
• Familiarity with of security best practices and compliance frameworks such as ISO27001 and GDPR, ensuring robust and compliant solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure, security, and application development teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment is highly desirable.
• Relevant degree, technical qualifications/certifications or equivalent experience
• Experience managing M365 Copilot beneficial.
