IT Support Analyst

T Support Analyst – £200 to £225 outside IR35 – 3 month Contract – 4 days per week in London

Please note, this role requires candidates to be office-based four days per week and to have the valid right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available

La Fosse has partnered with a global organisation to hire an IT Support Analyst (Contract) to join their established support team. In this role, you will provide day‑to‑day technical support across multiple sites, assist global teams, and help ensure the smooth running of the company’s IT environment.

This contract offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting while utilising your experience across Microsoft technologies and end‑user support.

Key requirements:

• Experience in an IT Desktop Support or similar end-user support role
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including:
• Office 365
• Azure / Azure AD
• Microsoft Intune
• Awareness of current IT and software trends
• Microsoft certifications (or working towards) are a plus
• Ability to meet and manage SLAs effectively
• Respond efficiently and effectively to incoming tickets within the designated timelines
