Cloud Engineer | Azure | Modern Infrastructure | 12 month FTC

£90 000 – £ 100 000

Hybrid role with limited travel.

We’re now looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer to help design, build and run our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it’s secure, scalable and aligned with best practice.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, deploying and supporting Azure-based infrastructure and services
• Managing cloud environments with a strong focus on security, availability and performance
• Supporting migrations from on-prem to cloud and optimising existing platforms
• Working closely with infrastructure, security and service teams to deliver reliable solutions
• Ensuring compliance with information security, data protection and organisational standards

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity)
• Experience working in Linux environments is non-negotiable
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance and resilience
• Experience supporting production environments in a structured IT setting
• Comfortable working with documentation, policies and operational processes
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in improving services through technology
