Job Responsibilities:
Assists with support of server environments especially on Windows IIS and .net technologies on both on-prem and Microsoft Azure
Deploy apps to an IIS sever on VMs on both Windows and Linux
Documents, monitors, and audits the web server environments
Provides maintenance, updates software installations on all web servers for both Windows and Linux.
Perform administration, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of web server equipment.
Providing technical assistance to the development teams.
Manage incidents and work orders within established service level agreements.
Create and maintain support documentation as required
Identify opportunities and drive service and process improvements, diligent about Incident/Problem, Change/Release, Security, Risk/Compliance, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, and Proactive Monitoring, culmination of which resulting in highly available and resilient systems and services.
Primary resource for building IIS web sites, server hardware and software issues

Skills and Key Competencies:
