Will is a consultant within our executive division, covering the North American region. Will supports venture capital and private equity funds in securing Board-level & CxO portfolio leadership, working throughout the deal lifecycle as a genuine partner. Will does not specialise in an industry sector, but many of his partnerships are with B2B software businesses that are experiencing rapid growth and/or undergoing critical transformation. Will is always interested in networking with tech-literate executives, who can not only lead but future proof businesses through phases of change.
Before joining La Fosse, Will worked with... La Fosse! Will was an intern here prior to attending Newcastle University and getting his degree in English literature. Following university, Will travelled around South America (Patagonia was the best part!), before coming back home to La Fosse in our London office.
Will has now been given the exciting opportunity to join our North American team, relocating to New York to help scale the US business. Will loves sport, including rugby, cricket, and fishing, and is hopeful he will be able to find all of them in the Big Apple - or at least nearby!
