Our Commitment to DEI

At La Fosse, diversity, equity, and inclusion are more than just buzzwords – they’re fundamental principles that guide how we operate. Having a truly diverse workforce gives us an amazing breadth of knowledge, experience, and approaches to work, makes us better able to understand and service the needs of our customers and candidates, and helps us to truly represent the internal, local, and international communities that we work with.

La Fosse aims to create a culture that respects and values each other’s differences. As well as a diversity steering group committee  created to drive change and eliminate discrimination across the business, we also have the following groups (open to everyone):

We believe in accountability and transparency when it comes to our DEI efforts:

  • Tracking of promotion rates across different groups
  • Measurement of inclusion through employee surveys
  • Setting of specific, measurable targets for improvement

UNBOUND

Our UNBOUND initiative is a cornerstone of our commitment to increasing gender diversity in tech. This initiative focuses on supporting women in technology through mentorship, development opportunities, and creating pathways for career progression.

Through UNBOUND, we’re working to address the gender gap in tech by providing data-driven insights, leadership development, and creating a supportive community for women to thrive in their careers.
