The revenue generated from the roles an Associate Consultant supports. While you are working with them towards their promotion, all delivery NFI is attributed to the manager’s board.

These figures also do not include any additional bonuses linked to cross selling into our additional service lines such as Academy and Inovus.
Regarding management packages, if you manage a team of more than 15 experienced 360 consultants, you will transition onto our profit share scheme. Please reach out to the Talent team for more information on how this structure works.
