D365 CRM PO/Scrum Master

• Serve as the Product Owner for Dynamics 365 CRM, managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and strategic goals.

• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, define MVPs, and translate them into actionable user stories.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between business, development, QA, and support teams.

• Identify and remove impediments to team progress and act as a servant leader for the development team.

• Monitor and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery outcomes.

• Promote Agile best practices and continuously improve team delivery processes.

• Support change management and user adoption of new CRM features and enhancements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including recent experience leading CRM implementations or enhancements.

• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.

• Ability to prioritise and manage a product backlog effectively.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Experience working in hybrid working environments with distributed teams.

• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are desirable.
