Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst – London (2 days onsite) – £35,000 to £40,000

This role cannot provide sponsorship. Candidates must have full right to work in the UK and be able to attend the London office two days per week.

La Fosse is partnering with a well-established London organisation to find an Application Support Analyst with a broad technical mindset and a passion for supporting business‑critical platforms.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring essential systems run reliably and efficiently, working closely across teams to keep core applications stable, integrated, and functioning at their best.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to deepen their experience across application support, integrations, and core platform operations within a supportive environment.

What you’ll bring

• Experience using Jira Service Desk or similar service management tools (academic or commercial experience welcome).
• Ability to track, prioritise, and resolve service requests while keeping stakeholders updated.
• Understanding of SLAs and the importance of meeting response and resolution time targets

Technical capabilities

• Basic SQL knowledge to query and compare data from marketing platforms and databases.
• Exposure to APIs or system integrations (hands-on or theoretical understanding).
• Foundational development knowledge, ideally with JavaScript.
• Python skills are advantageous, though training can be provided.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support integrated digital systems.
