Finance ERP Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion (FTC to May 2028)
Hybrid / London
Fixed-Term Contract until May 2028
We are supporting a large-scale Finance Systems Transformation Programme delivering a global implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM. This is a significant change initiative focused on modernising finance operations through a cloud-based platform, driving standardisation, improved data visibility, and enhanced decision-making.
We are seeking an experienced Finance ERP Business Analyst to join the functional delivery team. This is a hands-on role supporting end-to-end implementation activities across design, documentation, data migration, testing, reporting, and change.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements across finance workstreams (e.g. O2C, P2P, R2R, Projects)

Support functional solution design and configuration across Oracle Fusion Finance modules

Produce and maintain high-quality functional documentation (process flows, specifications, test scripts)

Support data migration activities including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation

Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Assist with reporting requirements (OTBI, BI Publisher)

Contribute to training, business readiness, and change management activities

Track and support resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies
About You:

Proven experience working on Oracle Fusion transformation programmes

Strong understanding of finance operations and end-to-end processes

Experience supporting ERP design, testing, and deployment

Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Comfortable working in complex, multi-location environments
