Head of Delivery / IT Manager

You will own end-to-end delivery and operations for our software products and services, acting as a bridge between technology and business outcomes. You will lead high-performing engineering teams, optimize delivery practices, implement scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement across our IT and software delivery ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end software delivery: requirements → implementation → deployment → support

• Align engineering priorities with product roadmaps and business strategy

• Build, coach, and scale engineering teams with a strong developer experience

• Implement platform and cross-functional delivery practices to accelerate delivery at scale

• Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps, and automation

• Define metrics that translate engineering performance into real business outcomes

• Leverage AI and modern technologies to improve speed, quality, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading software delivery and IT operations in medium-to-large organizations

• Strong track record of building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration

• Expertise in delivery practices, automation, platform thinking, and outcome-driven KPIs

• Ability to translate technical execution into business value
