Are you a hands-on SAP FICO Consultant looking for a flexible hybrid role with exposure to S/4HANA and exciting upcoming projects?

We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing significant transformation through M&A initiatives. They’re seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join their small but agile internal team and take ownership of support, configuration, and small enhancements across their SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on SAP FICO configuration and support across two S/4HANA systems.
• Manage small changes and enhancements in-house, including customising and integration with P2P, R2R, and SD modules.
• Coordinate larger and more complex changes with external support partner.
• Act as the go-to SAP FICO expert within a lean internal team (PM, Governance Manager, BA).
• Support upcoming strategic projects including a major acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• At least 2 years working within S/4HANA environments.
• Strong configuration and integration skills across core modules.
• Ability to work independently and manage support activities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (occasional travel to Central London).
• Must be UK-based; sponsorship considered only in exceptional cases.
