Infrastructure Analyst

We’re Hiring: Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Cheshire, UK | Hybrid working available

Full-time | Up to £40,000 per year

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong 2nd line support experience, who’s eager to grow and develop in a collaborative, science-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide responsive technical support to staff across the organisation
• Manage software, hardware, and voice systems
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11 environments
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Participate in IT projects and PC deployments
• Maintain network security and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS (10/11)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
• Understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, IP routing)
• Knowledge of cyber threats and countermeasures
• Ability to support 200+ users onsite and remotely
