Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of AI MVPs across multiple functions, ensuring both technical execution and programme-level governance. This role is client-facing and requires a balance of technical fluency, delivery management, and stakeholder leadership.
You will oversee multiple AI squads, ensuring alignment to business priorities, consistency in delivery standards, and successful transition of MVPs into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities
· Programme Leadership
o Own the end-to-end AI MVP delivery roadmap across Finance, HR, and other enterprise functions.
o Align multiple AI squads to shared priorities, dependencies, and success criteria.
o Track and report on progress, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholders.
· Technical Delivery Oversight
o Provide direction on delivery approaches for MVPs leveraging RAG, LLMs, and modern cloud data platforms.
o Support solution architects and engineers in resolving delivery blockers and technical dependencies.
o Ensure design and delivery are aligned with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
· Governance & Stakeholder Management
o Establish and run governance structures (steering committees, reporting packs, risk/issue escalation).
o Engage senior business and technology stakeholders (including C-suite) to drive alignment and adoption.
o Maintain consistent delivery playbooks and best practices across all AI squads.
· Change & Adoption
o Support transition of MVPs into scalable production-ready solutions.
o Partner with business stakeholders to embed AI-enabled ways of working.
o Identify and manage organisational change and skills uplift requirements.

Requirements
· 8–10+ years of programme management experience, with a strong technical delivery background.
· Proven track record in Data & AI programme delivery, ideally including RAG, LLMs, or advanced data platforms.
· Experience leading multiple concurrent workstreams with interdependencies.
· Strong knowledge of agile delivery models (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, hybrid).
· Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
· Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements in enterprise settings.
· Experience in regulated industries (FMCG, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
