A Test Manager with experience managing testing and setting up a testing strategy for a logistics focused client. You will be managing testing of an off the shelf WMS system; ideally you will have had previous experience testing WMS or similar experience working on stock based or logistics focused applications.

Due to the nature of the systems being tested, initially the client will require you to be onsite 3-4 days a week, however, this will be scaled back over time when strategy is in place and set up.

Essential Skills:

  • Ideally logistics or WMS (Warehouse Management System) stock based testing experience

  • Defining testing strategies

  • Management of E2E testing (encompassing SIT/UAT)

  • Management of 3rd parties and external suppliers in complex environments

La Fosse are working with a multination accounting organisation who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Test Manager to join their team.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP to work on a 6-month project inside IR35. They are open to flexible/hybrid working, but will require the individual to attend meetings at their London office from time to time.

We are looking for a Test Manager who will be responsible for:

  • Work collaboratively with client business, IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for the project
  • Lead and manage a team of test analysts (process owners and subject matter experts), motivating, engaging and instilling a learning culture on the job
  • Developing a deep understanding of the end to end solution
  • Definition of testing requirements for the project based on solution
  • Delivering testing for the project in line to test strategy
  • Lead and manage the project using various project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing projects, where appropriate

Our client, renowned and highly reputable UK non-profit organisation/charity, currently sought an interim Test Manager to join them and lead the delivery of test coverage on a new campaign management platform using MS Dynamics to help redefine the way they engage with every customer.

Key roles include:

  • Deliver a clear test strategy, plan and test scripts in accordance with tight project timelines
  • Ensure all key business stakeholders are aligned with test documentation
  • Manage and coordinate internal testing resources and third parties/vendors
  • Build positive relationships and working closely with business stakeholders, colleagues, support teams and suppliers
  • Manage the User Acceptance Testing phase
  • Perform and manage Functional and Integration testing with third parties via agreed test plan and ensuring defects/issues are resolved by third parties within timeline

What’s needed from you?

  • Strong background as a Test Manager and leading test strategies/planning
  • Very Good knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile principles
  • Very advantageous if you have experience in automated testing using Microsoft and other industry standard frameworks (i.e., Selenium)
  • Experience of testing Dynamics 365 apps is highly advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management and 3rd party vendor management
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships and working with business stakeholders, colleagues, support teams and suppliers

They offer a lot of flexibility with remote working within occasional travel to Central London HQ as a team. The contract will be on an initial 6-month interim basis and operating Inside IR35.

A Test Manager with experience working on HRIS implementations is needed to work with a client on delivering entire HR/HRIS system.

The current suite has all HR modules except for learn so in design. Payroll, people, workforce management are all important shift management/rotas/rosters, monthly and weekly pay are of key importance.

The client will go into system testing in November until January and then will be going into UAT with April pegged as Go live. This is a large scale roll out impacting 11000 people will be impacted and 600 sites.

The client Would like a test manager to come in latest by 1st November but happy to onboard/have people started ASAP. Experience of HRIS implementations is essential.

As a Test Manager this role will not entail people management – the system testing will be done by a supplier.

THIS PERSON WILL NOT HAVE SPECIFIC TESTING RESOURCES BUT WILL MAKE SURE TESTING IS DONE (I,e is regression done, leading UAT and SME’s to make sure they understand criterias that need to be tested)
