The successful Change Manager candidate ideally has the following experience:

  • Change Management experience essential, with experience in delivering business transformation or Change Management on global IT initiatives.

  • Consulting background preferable as is Luxury Retail experience

  • Ability to work and influence Senior Management and build strong relationships

Change Manager

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 – £85,000 per annum + benefits

Our London-based engineering client is looking for a permanent Change Manager to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in technology-led transformation programmes, across strategy, business design, and change management.

The Change Manager role is open to open candidates across experience levels, but ideally is looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • Experience of preparing affected business areas for transitioning to new ways of working.
  • Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations.
  • Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients at all levels in a business environment.
  • Experience of business case development and commercial approvals.
  • Contributing to the sale of management consulting work, including bid development and presentations.
  • Experience of working in a project delivery environment or PMO with a good understanding of structured and agile methodologies (e.g., APMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).

Business Change Manager

Location: London

Salary: £53,000 per annum

We have a great opportunity for a Change Manager working on a 12-month fixed term contract with one of London’s largest housing associations. The association is at an exciting point in their story with a merger in progress and as a result have a variety of integration programmes in place.

They are looking to appoint a business change manager to work specifically on the People and Culture Programme. This programme will focus on supporting teams across the business, transitioning HR systems and implementing new people policies and procedures.

The successful Change Manager will work in a team of 3-4 managers and be responsible for executing the change management strategy and plan to minimise resistance and enable sustainable change.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience of 3+ years as a Business Change Manager
  • Prosci, CCMP and or CMI qualifications
  • Recent and relevant experience working in cross-functional teams on programmes and projects in a change management role
  • Experience developing a change and communication strategy and plan for programmes with multiple workstreams and/or projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels.
  • Ideally have experience of the Prosci ADKAR® model and/or APMG Change Management
  • A desirable – experience working as a Change Manager within housing, councils or the public sector.

HR Change Manager

Location: England

Salary: £500 – £600 per day

Overview:

  • – You will be a key player in this project, working closelt with the HR team, project manager and the head of People

Release & Change Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum

Your role as a Release & Change Manager

  • You will plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle.
  • As a Release & Change Manager you will communicate the project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.
  • The Release & Change Manager will coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.
  • You will identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected.
  • The Release & Change Manager Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release.
  • You will team up with relevant development teams responsible for building the automation tools used to develop and deploy the software.

Ideally to be successful as a Release & Change Manager

  • Significant change and release management experience in an AGILE SDLC environment
  • Significant change and release management experience with services hosted in Azure
  • A solid understanding of change and release management best practices
  • A solid understanding and experience of continuous delivery and deployment
  • A sold understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Experience in documenting/revising processes & procedures

ERP Change Manager

Location: London

Salary: £700 – £750 per day

Imperatives:

  • Experience of setting up change and training frameworks from scratch

  • Must have worked as a Change Manager on global ERP underpinned transformations

  • Develop the overall change management, communication and training strategy for the programme

  • Must have solid experience across change, communications and training

Salesforce Change Manager

Location: London

Salary: £550 – £600 per day

Salesforce.com CRM Change Manager required for my end client. The successful candidate will have experience on multiple Salesforce transformation programmes and have the ability to work with a variety of teams to change the way the business operates.

Key skills/experience:

  • Experience delivering as a Change Manager or Change Lead on numerous projects is essential
  • Experience delivering on multiple Salesforce programmes is essential
  • Proven track record with multiple change management methodologies – PROSCI, ADKAR etc.
  • Experience delivering on a commercial or sales business transformation is essential
  • Experience with Salesforce lightning will be beneficial
  • Demonstrable experience of adapting change management tools and change methodologies to make them fit for purpose
