Role: Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer (O365 SME)
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Oncall + Benefits
The position:
- To support and develop a reliable, resilient infrastructure to meet current and future business needs
- Providing solutions to escalated technical issues as well as providing a high level of technical expertise to the business
- Providing 3rd Line support and management across Infrastructure
- Development and provision of Infrastructure Solutions, creating designs to best practices and aligned to security frameworks
- Creating solution design documentation to support new implementations
- Participates in technical design reviews, and contributes to infrastructure task estimates and planning
- Incident management and service request delivery in line with IT department SLAs
- Responding to alerts generated from infrastructure monitoring and security tools, and resolution within SLA
- Infrastructure support covering Servers(On-Prem/Azure), EUC, Networking, Telephony and Security systems
- Supporting a multi site environment including associated infrastructure
- 3rd line Microsoft 365 support, covering the full suite of M365 including Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune), AAD, Exchange Online, Teams
- 3rd line MS Azure administration
