We have partnered with a multinational organisation who are currently looking for an R2R Solution Lead for their S/4HANA programme.

You will be expected to represent R2R requirements and capabilities during the design, implementation, and ongoing support of deployed and the ongoing continuous improvement of the platforms.

The role is hands on and is essential that you will not only architect solutions, but also be able to configure and deliver them.

The role is expected to be a mix of hands-on delivery and solution design activities as well as support, where required. The role is expected to be focussed on helping the business to develop its core finance processes, through existing and pipeline solution technologies, processes, and capabilities as well as leading programme delivery activities across projects, enhancements and support in their respective area.

This a FULLY REMOTE, PERMANENT role paying between £80,000 - £85,000 per annum with some ad hoc travel to London.

Key skills:

  • Extensive hands-on software implementation experience with SAP in a Lead FICO Solution role with significant experience at senior level.

  • Deep knowledge of SAP FI (GL/New GL/AR/AP), SAP CO, Tax and Legal reporting, Asset accounting, Profit center and Segment accounting, Product Costing, Profitability analysis, Intercompany, Project systems cost controlling, Financial close.

  • Relevant SAP S4 Certification completed or in the process of being completed.

  • Detailed understanding of at least three key areas e.g., Finance (mandatory), Sales, Service, Product innovation, and Procurement

  • Good understanding of implementation methodology or process for ERP systems.

  • Familiar with Business Process Re-Engineering activities and the use of best practice approaches to deliver value.

  • Experience of working in a complex landscape with multiple systems ensuring that landscape has robust interconnectivity.

  • Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.

  • Significant experience with processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to standards associated with accessing, altering and protecting organizational data.

  • Professional practical configuration, root cause analysis and support experience with

    • SAP S/4Hana

    • Reporting platforms (such as Business Intelligence, Business Warehouse, Analytics Cloud, Anaplan)

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially at senior level.

  • Knowledge of SAP product costing, project system and SAP Vendor Invoice Management modules.

  • Experience of developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area.
