Platform Product Owner – FinTech – £650 per day Outside IR35 – London (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about building world-class API platforms that enable innovation at scale? A fast-growing FinTech is seeking a Platform Product Owner to shape the future of their API services – supporting both internal engineering teams and external partners.

The Role

As a key member of the Platform Product team, you’ll be instrumental in translating strategic goals into clear, deliverable product roadmaps. You’ll work at the intersection of commercial vision and technical execution, enabling agile, high-quality delivery across the organisation. You will be responsible for:

• Defining and delivering new platform capabilities from concept to release

• Creating and maintaining product roadmaps and managing communication around progress, risks, and issues

• Collaborating with business and tech stakeholders to shape requirements and write user stories

• Championing agile best practices within and beyond your team

• Engaging with external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Your Profile

• Proven experience managing credit platforms/API product from a FinTech or financial sercvices business
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Confident communicator with leadership-level reporting experience
• Experience collaborating across business and technology functions
