Position - Service Desk Team Lead
Location - Oxford/Hybrid
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
We are working with a well known hospitality organisation who are going through a significant period of growth and transformation.
They are looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to manage a small team or EUC/1st - 2nd Line Engineers supporting over 10,000 employees.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Strong experience line managing 1st and 2nd line support engineers
Good understanding of various technologies such as Windows, OS, SCCM, Azure, VPN and VOIP
Extensive experience working and integrating with an outsourced IT Service Desk
Experience working in a fast paced, customer centric environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Driven, motivated and hands-on attitude
This role is based in Oxford (with flexible working) and comes with a generous salary between £40,000 - £50,000 + Additional Benefits.
