Are you a strategic and hands-on IT leader ready to drive transformation in a fast-growing, modern workplace environment? We’re hiring a Head of IT to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations across multiple sites in the UK and Europe.
This is a pivotal role focused on maturing corporate IT, improving standards, and building scalable systems in a cloud-first, SaaS-driven environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and group technology, with support from a small in-house team and trusted MSPs.
What You’ll Do:

Own and deliver the IT strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the group

Lead infrastructure re-architecture and strengthen corporate IT and cybersecurity frameworks

Oversee IT operations, vendors, and system performance across all sites

Support and develop internal tech teams, creating clear structures and scalable processes

Ensure compliance with standards including ISO27001 and GDPR

Influence and support digital revenue generation through internal platforms and services
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience leading IT in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

Strong cloud expertise (Microsoft Azure, SaaS ecosystems)

Confident in IT governance, compliance, and cyber security best practices

Hands-on and proactive – comfortable visiting UK & European sites when needed

Collaborative leader with the ability to translate tech into business value
