FICO Lead Consultant

Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a major transformation programme focused on modernising and optimising enterprise finance systems. The Finance Product Owner Team Lead will manage a team of functional experts and collaborate with internal finance stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive the delivery and enhancement of key finance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for finance systems including SAP (FICO), Coupa, and Bottomline PTX

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise feature backlogs

• Lead delivery of functional changes from design through to implementation and support

• Ensure systems meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards

• Support incident and problem resolution and ensure service delivery KPIs are met

• Provide strategic direction on future enhancements and system integrations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO and experience with system integrations

• Hands-on knowledge of Coupa (P2P), Bottomline PTX, and ideally SAP Concur

• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams

• Solid background in product ownership or similar roles across the full product lifecycle

• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies for incident and change management

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
