Steve began his recruitment career in 1997, focussing on IT recruitment into investment banking. Quickly moving into a leadership role, he initially worked with recruitment teams and customers all over the UK and then progressed to International work.

Steve spends his spare time with his wife and teenage children…or playing golf!
