​Ross wears a number of hats at La Fosse; whilst he started his time here in the Information Security sector, building one of the largest specialist Cyber practices in the UK, he now runs our Architecture, Platform, and Regional offices alongside his role leading our Permanent Recruitment activities across the company.

Ross continues to provide SME knowledge within our Cyber Security Practice. During his time as a consultant, he pioneered our pro bono CISO offering – an industry-first providing charities and not-for-profits with free access to world-leading cyber security executives.
