Oliver is part of the HR transformation recruitment team based in London. He has an excellent knowledge of the strengths and challenges affecting hiring in these markets. Before joining LaFosse, Oliver worked as part of the internal recruitment team at Revolut and has previously hired change & transformation professionals for various businesses across the fintech, asset management, investment banking and insurance sectors. Oliver graduated from the University of Leicester in 2017 with a BA in History and represented the university as part of the American football team. In his spare time, you can find him watching sport and going to concerts.
