John leads global searches for a range of Private Equity-backed businesses, focusing specifically on CTO, CPO, and CIO leadership role as part of the Executive Search practice at La Fosse.

He has eight years of experience in Executive Search, supporting and advising some of the UK’s most innovative, technology-led start-ups and scale-ups. Prior to La Fosse, he worked with a boutique search firm, leading C-suite and VP-level mandates for deep-tech/software businesses.

He has a deep understanding of the technology sector and candidate market globally, and has worked across a diverse range of markets and investment stages.
