Izzy has been part of the La Fosse family for over four years, starting her journey in the talent acquisition team before moving into her current role as Events & Marketing Lead. That grounding in TA gives her a genuine understanding of the people and communities at the heart of everything La Fosse does.

Today, Izzy leads on bringing the La Fosse brand to life through events, content and marketing activity that connects, informs and inspires. She’s the person behind the room when the conversations happen and the content that carries them forward.
