Workday Cutover Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to support one of our clients through a Workday Financials implementation. This is an initial 3-month contract, offering a flexible, remote working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP cutover management, with prior experience in leading the cutover phase of large-scale financial system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the cutover process for the Workday Financials implementation.

• Develop and execute cutover plans, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday.

• Work closely with project teams, ensuring that all technical, business, and data migration requirements are met.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that all cutover activities are delivered on time and within scope.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any cutover issues that arise, escalating where necessary.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience managing ERP cutover processes.

• Strong understanding of the cutover lifecycle and best practices.

• Workday Financials experience is highly desirable.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
