Salary: Up to £100,000 + Equity

La Fosse is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that is transforming how sales teams interact with their CRM. With a fully remote and international team, the company focuses on data-driven sales productivity and scaling innovative solutions for a global user base.

They are looking for a Data Lead to oversee the aggregation of first-party and third-party data, building a database and analytics system that powers a suite of products. You’ll lead a team of engineers, design scalable data pipelines, and ensure the company’s data infrastructure can handle millions of records, insights, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a data team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality execution.
• Design & optimise ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation.
• Develop and maintain scalable data architecture for reliability and security.
• Drive analytics projects, delivering insights to improve product performance.
• Benchmark, pilot & negotiate contracts with third-party data providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.

Skillset

• Proven experience leading data teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong DE expertise (ETL, warehousing, large-scale scraping).
• Analytics skills – (SQL, Python, Looker, BI tools).
• Problem-solving mindset, focused on scalability and optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Agile mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving startup.
• Bonus: Experience in SalesTech or CRM-related data.
• Data Scientists & ML Engineers with strong data infrastructure experience should also consider applying.
