Technical product Operations Manager- £50,000-£60,000- Hybrid (London)

They have grown rapidly and won multiple awards in their first year of trading, and you will be playing a key role as they continue to build a bank dedicated to established SMEs.

Role:

Reporting into the Product Director, they are looking for a Technical Product Operations Manager to join their fast-growing team.

You will collaborate cross-functionally within the Payments Tribe and operational stakeholders to ensure successful launches of new product features. You will work closely with the Product team to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the operational needs of the business.

You:

3 years experience in payments
Strong proficiency in analysis logs and alerts to triage issues
Experience in vendor management and resolution of outages
Technical background
Experience in Agile is preferable
