We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join an incredible digital retail agency, in a trendy London location! Offering flexible working from home and a dog friendly office!

Most of the creatives have backgrounds in retail, energy, strategy, UX, UI, and product design.

The role:

Reporting to the Associate Experience Design Director, the Lead Designer is responsible for owning and facilitating projects from beginning to end for key client engagements and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Responsible for owning and facilitating projects from begining to end for key client engagements
  • Designing screens and experiences with the latest Prototyping, UI, and UX tools
  • Working with other design practitioners to conceive, develop, and test concepts
  • Working with, validating, and building design systems and libraries
  • Working with and collaborating with clients
  • Producing end-to-end, multi-channel customer experiences
  • Contributing to the definition of strategic experience visions & principles

A bit about you:

  • A minimum of 6 years experience within Product Design
  • Experience working with digital agencies and end clients
  • Extensive experience delivering a range of product and service design outputs (e.g. primary/secondary research, data analysis, creation of service blueprints, journey mapping, persona/segment development, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, competitive audits etc.)
  • Experience designing across mobile and web applications (B2B and B2C)
  • Familiarity with designing and facilitating workshops
  • Enjoys making releationships with the team
  • Ability to think strategically and work with stakeholders and senior members of the business
  • Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members
  • Strong e-commerce or retail experience
