HR Project Lead, spearheading a crucial ERP replacement project in collaboration with another local government organisation. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive project management experience, particularly in HR systems, along with expertise in S/4HANA, Change Management, and a profound understanding of data and data structures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership:
    • Lead and oversee the end-to-end HR project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation of the ERP replacement within the specified timeline.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TFL stakeholders, to align project goals with organisational objectives.
  1. S/4HANA Expertise:
    • Leverage your deep understanding of S/4HANA to drive system integration and ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
    • Provide guidance on best practices and optimisation of HR processes within the S/4HANA framework.
  1. Change Management:
    • Develop and implement robust change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
    • Conduct impact assessments, training programs, and communication plans to manage resistance and ensure successful change implementation.
  1. HR Project Experience:
    • Utilise your extensive HR project experience to identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align project milestones with HR objectives and organisational needs.
  1. Data and Data Structures:
    • Apply your expertise in data management and structures to ensure accurate migration of HR data from legacy systems to the new ERP.
    • Collaborate with data specialists to establish data governance frameworks and maintain data integrity throughout the project.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading HR projects, preferably in ERP replacements.
  • In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA and its application in HR systems.
  • Strong background in Change Management methodologies and practical application.
  • Familiarity with data management principles and data structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
