We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager with expertise in implementing large-scale SAP S4 Hana as an ERP system across a complex organisation.

The implementation is taking place as part of a group-wide ERP rollout and this Consultant will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of our organisation’s digital landscape and ensuring our requirements are heard and addressed.

This individual must possess a deep understanding of S/4 HANA, ideally with a finance background. The individual will be hands on in the people and culture side of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of SAP S4 Hana as an ERP system across the group, representing the organisation (digital, finance, HR etc.) ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation within budget and timeframe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and streamline processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilise expertise in culture and people change to take the lead on comms strategies.
  • Oversee data unification efforts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data across the organisation, leveraging existing data assets where applicable.
  • Develop and present business cases to ensure successful implementation of SAP S4 Hana, outlining potential benefits, ROI, and strategic advantages.
  • Manage a budget associated with the implementation project, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management, on project progress, risks, and issues, and recommend mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system and associated processes across the organisation.

Experience required:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, with specific expertise in SAP S4 Hana.
  • Extensive experience in service design, user experience, and data management principles, with a focus on creating cohesive and user-friendly digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Experience in change management and organisational transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
