Salary: £95,000 per annum + bonus + Private Healthcare

Location: London – Hybrid (2 x days a week in office)

Position Overview:

As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for three core areas: Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Influencing Stakeholders. Your expertise will guide our transition to a more self-service-oriented environment. Your domain knowledge in the insurance or financial services sector will be highly advantageous as you lead us through this transformational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Strategy:
   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and growth plans.

2. Business Intelligence Capability:
   1. Harness the power of data using tools like Power BI to create actionable insights for decision-makers.

3. Influencing Stakeholders:
   1. Advocate for a self-service culture, championing modern data practices over traditional documentation-heavy workflows.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a data management, data strategy, or data architecture role within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Experience working within cloud-based environments, preferably with Azure, though on-prem experience is acceptable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
