La Fosse is working with an international music education body to help recruit a 1st & 2nd Line support Engineer.

Location: Moorgate (5 days in the office)

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000

Start Date: ASAP

Your role as an 1st - 2nd Line Support Engineer

  • Take incoming customer support incidents and requests and ensure they are logged, prioritised and triaged correctly

  • Troubleshoot reported incidents to identify root cause or eliminate possibilities

  • Clear and concise communication across all levels of the organisation, making sure relevant communication is recorded in support incidents and requests

  • Provide a response and resolution within SLA to support incidents and requests

  • Monitor and maintain support incidents and requests to ensure target service levels are adhered to

  • Assist with management, administration and support of our Modern Workplace environment consisting of hardware, software, systems and platforms whether on premise or cloud

  • Support on-premise collaboration technology in meeting rooms

  • Helping to ensure joiners and leavers are processed in a timely manner

  • Become familiar with key hardware and software within the business including networks and phone systems

Ideally to be successful as an 1st - 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have experience with

  • Active Directory

  • IOS & Windows support experience

  • Intune experience

  • Teams

  • Project work
