Location: Victoria, London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week)
Salary: £43,000–£50,000 per annum
Industry: Retail / Travel
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Company

We are a dynamic and customer-focused business, known for delivering exceptional experiences across our global network. As we continue to scale and evolve, we’re looking for an ambitious Junior Product Delivery Manager to support the delivery of digital products and projects that power our business and delight our customers.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their delivery or product career to gain hands-on experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. As a Junior Product Delivery Manager, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and deliver product enhancements and technical improvements across key platforms.

Reporting to a Senior Product or Delivery Lead, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that digital products are delivered on time, within scope, and with the desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and technical projects within agile squads.

  • Help manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Track progress against roadmaps and delivery plans, flagging risks or blockers early.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to align work with business priorities.

  • Ensure clear documentation and communication of goals, timelines, and updates.

  • Coordinate across teams to gather requirements, support testing, and confirm successful delivery.

  • Assist in reporting on delivery status, velocity, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a delivery, product, or project coordination role within a tech or digital environment.

  • Familiarity with Agile principles (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and digital product lifecycles.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to retail, travel, or e-commerce industries.

  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

  • Understanding of software development or UX/UI design basics.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
