The Role:
You will sit within the newly created Central Change Team and contribute to the link between current and future business models, delivering against the target business design. And will be responsible for eliciting detailed requirements and design processes. You will constructively challenge and act as a critical friend to optimise productive communication with all stakeholders to support strategy, design, and delivery in achieving business requirements and user needs.
Your activities will involve large numbers of varied stakeholders, often requiring procedures and methodologies to be adapted to unique scenarios, business processes improvements and helping teams to transition from "as is" to the "to be" state while we implement a new technology solution and ways of working.
As a Business Analyst you will have excellent relationship building skills, as you are the glue that brings together programme workstreams, internal customers and technical teams.

Experience:
Experience in business process modelling/ business architecture within a financial and/or public sector organisation
Business architecture associated with organisational change and subsequent design of target operating models
An understanding of Camunda, Activiti, Power-Automate or other Business Process Management Solution (BPMS) engines
Knowledge and insight of industry best practice
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with both senior and junior stakeholders of differing levels of knowledge and experience
Excellent listening skills and the strength to effectively challenge stakeholders where it is felt their internally held beliefs may threaten to block change

Our London based Education sector client is currently looking for a Business Services Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. The role of the Senior Business Services consultant is to own and manage the ongoing operation of the clients key back-office (HR, Finance, etc.) systems which underpin their organisation. This role is pivotal in supporting the new architecture and engineering function, identifying opportunities to update, consolidate and better manage our core systems to higher standards and security compliance.
Responsibilities will include:
To proactively monitor, manage and support key back-end business systems such as City&Me (SucessFactors), ServiceNow, Rimila, Concur, Onestream, Sage 200 / 50, Core tech (AD, DNS, SFTP, FTP, Back, Monitoring) Virtual Workplace.
Responsible for ensuring key systems are working within defined SLAs and should issues arise, working alongside vendors fix and return the systems to operational use.
Responsible for ensuring each service is fully documented and this documentation is UpToDate.
Owning an improvement road-map to demonstrably show improved efficiencies.
Accountable for successful delivery of these services with responsibility to be the technical interface with appropriate 3rd Party Suppliers.
Responsible for understanding the technology changes across these systems and identify and resolve the impacts to all our customer and staff segments.

A Business Process Analyst is required to join a multi-award winning, technology and transformation recruitment agency specialising in data, digital, cloud and security.
The role will report into the PM/PMO and will support the mapping and improvement of the business process and systems to help business strategy. They are looking for a hands-on BPA to assist with a variety of projects ranging in size, from software development to operational change, and digital transformations.
