Not your typical Chief People Officer, JooBee Yeow is a trained Systems Engineer with a PhD in Leadership Development. Throughout her extensive career, she has worked with 2, 20, and 200-year-old companies with revenues ranging from £1million to £1billion.

JooBee’s primary focus is guiding founders and start-up leaders to transition from the 'starting to build' phase to the 'building to scale' phase – all whilst achieving organisational growth.

JooBee believes in the accessibility of knowledge; as such, she contributes extensively to the start-up community’s collective knowledge base and publishes her own insightful blog series.

David has over 20 years of experience leading people and transformation teams. He has worked with companies including Dixons Carphone, EE, American Express, Etihad, Worldpay, Just Eat and, more recently, with scale-ups under Private Equity.

David has a passion for all things people and technology and is always looking for innovation to add more value to the people experience.

Lucy has over twenty years of experience in diverse industries, refining her skills in employee experience strategy. Committed to shaping ideal workplaces through her EX Audit methodology, her company, Kemp&Co, enables organisations to attract and retain top talent.

A former Head of People, Luke founded Sapien as a platform for People people who think like Product people. Through the Sapien platform, he creates content, courses, and community for The Post HR generation.

At the heart of Luke’s approach is human-centred design. He combines Product Management, Agile, Lean, and UX principles to equip People teams to work like Product teams.
