With 15+ years’ experience in leading private, public and third sector organisations through significant periods of change, Natalie spent the last five years leading a data and AI consultancy. She takes an active role in the community, chairing a cross-industry Data Ethics Advisory Board, chairing Women in Data®‘s Women’s Health initiative and as a member of the Mayor’s Data for London Advisory Board.

Richard is Chief Data Officer at Ofcom, the UK communications regulator. He leads the Technology, Data, and Innovation Group and is responsible for enabling data and analytics capabilities. Richard joined from Lloyds Banking Group where he headed up the Innovation and Analytics Centres of Excellence.

Richard has a wealth of experience delivering advanced analytical applications based on machine learning in fields including economics, ecology, biochemistry, financial services, and telecommunications. He has presented to international forums on the development of data science products and analytics methods for businesses.

Elisabeth is an accomplished product management and data science leader, with a proven track record in the digital industry across SaaS, marketplaces, and e-commerce. She now engages with companies as a Non-Executive Director and Strategic Product Advisor.

Elisabeth has held senior leadership roles within VC and PE-backed start-ups as well as major global companies such as PayPal, eBay, and RELX. There, her leadership played a pivotal role in growing a portfolio of AI-enabled B2B products, generating annual revenues exceeding £1 billion. In 2022, she joined the board of esure, a leading UK automotive and home insurer owned by Bain Capital.

As a leader on product innovation, Elisabeth actively contributes to responsible AI initiatives. She was a member of the European Commission High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence and Ethics and served on the AI Ethics Steering Board at Digital Catapult.

Neil joined Mastercard in 2019 and leads the Global Data Strategy Teams across services, products, and regions, helping the drive the business’ strategic use of data while navigating known and future data risks. His team’s responsibilities include data strategy, business governance of Gen AI, the ethics of innovating with data, acquisition due-diligence, and advising on the data impacts of regulatory change on Mastercard’s data assets and products.

Angie founded Faculty's Fellowship Programme, which helps academics re-train in careers within commercial data science. The programme is now one of the most prestigious in Europe, with over 425 alumni. Angie gives lectures to graduate students at Imperial College and UCL, and mentors and advises a range of tech startups and charities. She previously served as Faculty’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer. Angie holds a PhD in Physics and Applied Optics from UCL.

Mike is a renowned consultant, best-selling author, international speaker, and executive advisor known for his expertise in data and AI, now serving as the Deputy Director for Information and Communications Technology at the United Nations. He has worked across a diverse array of industries including fintech, health, non-profits, and government agencies.

Mike is celebrated as one of the most influential people in data-driven business in the UK, spearheading pioneering work on the impact of data on human behaviour, decision-making, and business transformation. His prominence in the field has led to keynote speaking and panel discussions alongside notable personalities like Gary Kasparov and the late Professor Stephen Hawking.

John Gibson is the Chief Commercial Officer at Faculty, Europe's leading applied AI company. Prior to joining Faculty 7 years ago, John spent over a decade working in government, most recently in the Prime Minister’s Policy Unit where he led work to support the growth of the UK tech sector. He also held roles as Director of Government Innovation at Nesta and as a Director at Fingleton Associates, where he designed the Open API Standard for Banking. He sits on the Board of Innovate UK.

Jonathan is an industry veteran with over 30 years of international experience. He is Chairman of Move.ai, a company that combines applied AI and computer vision to spatial computing, He is Chairman at Driftrock, a leader in automotive digital marketing and La Fosse Associates. In addition McKay is Chairman of Boardwave, a "not for profit" organisation that supports CEOs Chairs and Founders in the development of the European software industry.

Earlier in his career Jonathan was Vice President and General Manager of Sun Microsystems’ Tools and Integration business unit. He joined Sun as a result of the company’s $700 million acquisition of Forte, where he held COO and CMO roles.
