Lai Shan is part of the Operations team at La Fosse Associates, working as PA to the Chief Finance Officer. Prior to joining La Fosse, Lai Shan graduated with a degree in Business Studies at the University of Greenwich before going on to study Counselling. She has worked as a counsellor and an EA/PA to C-Suite executives in international organisations.
