Aaron manages the Not-For-Profit & Public Sector Change & Transformation Practice at La Fosse, based in London. His team specialise in supporting Charity, Education, Housing, Healthcare & Public Sector clients with their Change & Transformation programmes.
Having delivered People, Process & Technology-driven recruitment campaigns, Aaron has developed a clear understanding of the strategic and technological needs within such organisations, as well as the financial and regulatory pressures that are unique to recruiting within the public and third sectors.
Aaron has helped shape La Fosse's innovative Pro-Bono advisory offering. He also leads La Fosse's internal fundraising team, having slept out for Byte Night in 2017 and 2018 and raised over £8,000 for Action for Children to date.
Aaron graduated from the University of Reading in 2014 with a BSc in Biological Sciences, and held various roles within the Education & NFP industries prior to joining La Fosse.
